Immaculate first floor condo with wrap around acreened porch in a secluded setting. Short walk to beach,fitness center, 12 swimming pools and 34 tennis courts (both indoor and outdoor). Porch is ideal for eating meals, reading the newspaper, reading a book in the shade etc. Unit has 2 queen beds, a day bed with a separate trundle (both twins) and a queen size sleeper sofa. Shuttle is available to the beach for those who do not want to take the short walk or ride a bike. Fifteen minutes or less to premium outlet malls, golf courses or state seaside parks. 51018 Southwinds Court.

One third of rental is required with your reservation. Remainder plus a $250 security deposit is due three weeks before your occupancy begins. If no damages are observed other than normal use your security deposit will be mailed back to you. Renters are responsible to purchase recreation tags which are $35 per person per week during the peak season and $10 to $15 off season. Off season $500 per week plus $75 cleaning fee.
