Immaculate first floor condo with wrap around acreened porch in a secluded setting. Short walk to beach,fitness center, 12 swimming pools and 34 tennis courts (both indoor and outdoor). Porch is ideal for eating meals, reading the newspaper, reading a book in the shade etc. Unit has 2 queen beds, a day bed with a separate trundle (both twins) and a queen size sleeper sofa. Shuttle is available to the beach for those who do not want to take the short walk or ride a bike. Fifteen minutes or less to premium outlet malls, golf courses or state seaside parks. 51018 Southwinds Court.

Renters are responsible to provide their own linens and to purchase recreation tags which are May 15 to June 4 - $15 June 5 thru August 27 - $35.00 August 28 thru September 10 - $15 September 11 thru December 31, 2008 - $10 Off season $100 per night plus $100 cleaning fee.
