Gorgeous unobstructed ocean view. Large private beach. New Kitchen.Cable TVs in living room and in each bedroom. Bose CD/radio in dining room. Bose radio in ocean front bedroom. Free WI-FI available for Internet. Reserved parking under the building for one car, second car may be parked in the outdoor parking lot.
Queen bed in ocean front bedroom, two double beds in the second bedroom and sofabed (double) in the living room. Fully equipped kitchen. Washer and Dryer.
Sea Colony has many on site ammenities: Many pools indoor and out. Gym. Indoor and outdoor tennis and tennis programs. Children's activities during the summer. Snack bar/convenience store in the Edgewater building. Linen service available.
No smoking. No pets. Rents from Saturday to Saturday, but will consider shorter stays especially in the Fall.

The badge entitles the guest to access to all recreational facilities including the private beach, the pools (indoor and outdoor), the fitness center, sauna, jacuzzi, activities, and the tram system. The 2008 fees are:
