We also have a 3 Bedroom 2.5 Bath in Edgewater. Send an inquiry for more information. Platinum rated 14th floor ocean front unit with 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and a 25ft ocean view balcony with access from the master bedroom and living room. Much larger beach this year due to replenishment project. It is now over 250 feet wide. Beautiful ocean & pool views from the living room and master bedroom and balcony.
The unit sleeps 7, has HD-High Definition, flat panel TV with VCR/DVD and JBL 5.1 surround sound. Sleeping includes a pillow-top King bed in the master bedroom, 2 twin beds in the second bedroom, sleeper sofa in living room plus 1 roll away bed.
Facilities
Platinum Rated Oceanfront unit, with heated, indoor pool and jacuzzi, sauna, game room, full gym. The outdoor pool and the private ocean beach are just steps away. The bright, fully equipped kitchen with Stone counters and tile floors is matched by the large light-filled rooms, decorated with platinum-level appointments. The master bedroom has a pillow-top king-size bed, designer furnishings, Flat Panel High Definition TV DVD/VCR and private bath. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds. Additional guests may sleep on the queen sleeper sofa or the roll-away bed. Provided to enhance your stay; HD LCD flat panel TV with 5.1 surround sound in living room, Flat TV with DVD/VCR player in both bedrooms. DVD/VCR library, Sony Play-Station with games library, personal computer with free high speed Internet. Free WiFi for your laptop. Some PC games. The Sony Play-Station and the Personal Computer are courtesy items. We cannot guarantee their operation.

Check-in time is after 3 p.m. Checkout time is before 10 a.m. Final Payment is due 30 days prior to check-in. Tenant is responsible for all damages not covered by the Damage Waiver. Tenant must be 21 years of age or older to enter into a lease. Due to local service conditions, we do not guarantee air conditioning or the appliances in the rental unit. There is also no representation guaranteeing the operation of recreational facilities or scheduled recreational events. Included with each reservation - Reservation processing fee; Recreational fee; Damage Waiver. Fees are not optional The Sea Colony Recreational Association charges a fee per week per visitor 3 and over. The 2010 fees were as follows: Jan 1st - May 14th...$10.00 May 15th - June 4th...$15.00 June 5th - Aug 27th...$35.00 August 28th - Sept 10th...$15.00 Sept 11th - Dec 31st...$10.00 These fees are subject to change without notice.

omg this is over the top wonderful..the condo is simply lovely ...i love the view..the bed is comfy... the beach is...oh the beach. the kitchen couldn't be stocked any better..i am over the top pleased with it all..we are comparing it to a resort we've stayed at in fort meyers...i can guarantee we will be repeat customers..i will be telling family & friends - this is the best kept secret on the east coast!

The Weather was ok at first and great our last five days We spent family time together on the beach. Shopping. watching movies and walking the boardwalk We learned what a skate fish egg sack was! My kids learned to boogie board. Made new friends. Watched the sunrise with my daughter. We can't wait to return.

The weather was gorgeous. What a summer. The best weather. We spent time with family, friends, beach, bars, restaurants, etc. The dolphins were amazing - the way they just came up out of the water. The condo was the best location for the beach. Hearing the ocean was delightful. I recommended this condo to my cousin. Hopefully next year we will be here again and buy a condo. Thanks for a great time.

This beautiful, well equipped condo made us feel at home! And the view is unequalled to any beach vacations our family has taken. I loved the sound of the waves & the nice balcony. The tennis clinics were fun. We wish the map Resort Quest provided would've shown us the small grocery store and Deli on the bottom level of Edgewater. The bluberry donuts at the grocery store were fantastic!!

The weather was wet. It rained our entire stay. We got creative (our kids are 3+15months) . We ate out alot and went to Bonkersville in Lewes, DE + the Ocean City boardwalk for the kiddie rides. The place was great + perfect for us! The indoor pools served us well :) Despite the weather, we hope to rent this condo again next summer!!

Sadly the weather was cool and breezy and overcast for the most part - but when we did go to the beach, the beach was nice and warm We visited Assateaque Island and Chincoteaque Bay to see the ponies (wished we'd brought mosquito repellent); Our daughter loved the go-carts. Our son was amazed at the mini-golf selection. We discovered: Bethany Blues BBQ was the Best!!! De Febo's was good too!
