This comfortable condo is a one-level duplex with a private deck off the back and cathedral ceilings in the living room, dining room and kitchen. Adjacent to one of the lakes and a set of tennis courts.

    50% deposit is required with signed lease agreement to hold your reservation. Payment methods include cash, check or money order in US Dollars. Cancellation Policy: The lease may not be transferred or sublet by Tenant. If reservation must be cancelled, Tenant must send Landlord a written notice of cancellation. This written notice of cancellation must be received before any attempt will be made to sublet the unit for the full time period at the same rate. If the sublet is successful and unit re-rents for the same time period at the same rate, Tenant (you) will be assessed 15% of the full rental amount. If the attempt to sublet is unsuccessful, Tenant’s (your) deposit will be forfeited in full. Also, if sublet is successful, original Tenant (you) will not be responsible for final payment nor is original Tenant (you) responsible for condition of the unit after the second tenant leaves. The processing fee is non-refundable.
