Welcome to our home at The Village of Bear Trap Dunes. Our platinum rated village townhome is located in the heart of the award winning village community. This wonderful retreat has been lauded as one of America’s best including: "2003 Best in American Living Award" - National Association of Home Builders, Golf Development of the Year Award" - Golf Inc. magazine, "America's Best Golf Courses" - Golf Week magazine, and "100 Must-Play Courses of the Middle Atlantic" - Washington Golf Monthly.  
 
Bear Trap Dunes is located just minutes from the heart of Bethany Beach and the Atlantic Ocean. A free shuttle is provided to the beach from just outside our home’s door every twenty minutes during the summer months - no beach parking worries! The magnificent 27-hole Bear Trap Dunes Golf Club is just steps away as are the wonderful community pools, tennis and world class fitness center.  
 
Our home overlooks the expansive village green, complete with amphitheatre where outdoor summer plays and shows are sure to entertain you. At the other end of the village green lies the luxurious Bear Trap Dunes Clubhouse with the incredible Den restaurant serving breakfast, lunch, Sunday brunches and wonderful dinners. A casual snackbar is also available. Golfers will enjoy the fully stocked pro shop, comfortably appointed locker rooms and nearby driving range and first rate practice facility. 
 
The athletic pavilion, olympic sized outdoor pool, kiddy pool and five outdoor HAR-TRU tennis courts are a two minute walk away. The athletic pavilion houses an indoor pool (for those not so sunny days), whirlpool, two saunas, fitness center with multiple treadmills and other cardio vascular equipment, Cybex weight machines, free weights, a child’s play area and a community multi-purpose room. A second outdoor community pool is located just a short distance away. These amenities are available for an additional recreation fee. 
 
Our townhome is perfect for large families or golf groups. With four bedrooms and three floors of living space, there is plenty of room to quiet away with a good book, watch a movie or ballgame on one of the 6 TV’s, play a game of billiards or just relax and unwind after a full day of sun and fun activities.  
 
The first floor master suite has a king bed and includes a 25” TV with DVD and VCR player. On the second floor, two tastefully decorated bedrooms await. One bedroom has 1 queen and 1 twin bed with a beautiful balcony view of the village green. The other second floor bedroom has two queen beds. The lower level houses the fourth bedroom, complete with 3 twin beds...perfect slumber room for the kids. Privacy abounds as each of the four bedroom suites has its own full, private bathroom.  
 
The sunny and open first floor living area has a fully stocked kitchen with a casual eat-in breakfast bar. For family or group meals, there is large dining table that seats eight comfortably. The inviting family room is perfect for socializing after a day at the beach or on the links and includes a stereo, 27" TV and VCR/DVD combo. The lower level game and media room is just the spot to catch a movie on the 32" TV (with VCR /DVD Combo) or play a game of billiards on the pool table. The lower level includes a pull out sofa, just in case an extra bed might be needed. 
 
The back yard garden patio is the perfect place for a morning coffee or a cool sunset beverage. It’s also the ideal place to use the included charcoal grill for that perfect evening Bar-B-Que. The detached one car garage is great for your car, for stowing sandy beach gear or for unloading golf clubs. 
 
The convenience to the beach and world-class amenities of this location are all you need for the perfect vacation get away. 
 
Monthly, weekly and weekend/nightly rentals available. Holidays are subject to price change. No smoking and no pets please. Check-in Saturday to Saturday for weekly rentals. We look forward to having you as our guest.
