This is a 2,800 square foot single family home with 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths and can sleep 10-14 people. Located right off route 26 and just 3.5 miles from downtown Bethany, it's an easy bike ride or drive from the beach.

Unique in many ways, from some of the higher end furnishings to the extremely artistically designed multi-leveled deck. The nautical decor welcomes you. High end kitchen accessories (Everware pots and pans etc.) to Beauty Rest and Perfect Sleeper mattresses. Family room and sitting both equipped with entertainment centers.

Also for your entertainment, there is a fooseball table, pingpong table and a horse shoe pit. Enjoy a barbeque with gas grill on the beautiful back deck!
