Enjoy your vacation in a cottage that is comfortable in any type of weather. There is a great deck for meals outside when the weather is sunny, lots of windows and ceiling fans in every room. But there is more… a furnace provides warmth for the cooler days that can come early in the season, and central air provides cooling for those occasional hot days in the summer when even the sea breeze seems too warm. It is always comfortable! 
 
One bedroom has a double bed, and the other has twins...and both offer dresser drawers for storage. Additionally there are two single futons to stretch sleeping capacity to a max of six people. Bedding and bath towels are provided. The house has a fully equipped (eat-in) kitchen and a comfortable living room with TV/DVD. The large back yard has plenty of room for outdoor games, as well as a gas grill and picnic table for summer meals. A washer and dryer are available in the basement.  
 
The Beaches – Located in the Crescent Beach Association, the cottage provides access to two beaches nearby. Crescent Beach is a lovely private beach on Niantic Bay, just about six blocks and an enjoyable walk away. Crescent Beach has a great snack bar which is open for breakfast and through the day for easy meals in flip-flops and a swimsuit. In addition, your rent will provide you with a pass to McCook Park which is just beyond Crescent Beach on the bay. McCook Park offers another beach, rest-rooms, picnic areas, play equipment and parking for guests. 
 
 
AVAILABLE IN THE OFF-SEASON FOR RENTAL BETWEEN SEPTEMBER AND JUNE (8 MONTH LEASE REQUIRED)THE COTTAGE IS ENERGY EFFICIENT WITH LOTS OF INSULATION, NEW WINDOWS AND HOT-AIR HEAT. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY IN WINTER IS FOUR PEOPLE. CONTACT US FOR MORE INFORMATION!

ALL fees accepted by personal check for payments made up to one week prior to check-in date. For payments made a check-in cash or certified check required.
