Rowayton wooden-beamed cottage with pool. All Rowayton amenities - summer concerts every Sunday on the beach, which is a mile and a half away. Pet friendly. New York City is an hour away by car and by train. Great hikes, bike rides and tennis, shopping and restaurants. Pet Friendly. It's a wonderful summer town.

    • We have a kayak rental store in town where you can float down the Five Mile River into Long Island Sound. There are plenty of tennis courts and golf available. Shopping, Hiking, Beach Activities. Then again, you have your own private pool and can sit around there all day and do nothing.

    $500 deposit on signing. 1/2 payment due a month in advance of arriving. Full payment due 5 days in advance of taking possession of house. Cancellation policy. Once 1/2 payment is given, I will not return unless I can rent my house in the time cxled. I will return your deposit.
