The Peaceful Sunny Walk in/Ski Home Mt. Village 2 bed/2 bath condo is available for short or long term rental. It is great for a professional couple that is conducting business via the internet/ telecommunications, families that are vacationing, relocating, in foreclosure or in a divorce. The condo sleeps up to 6 for short term rentals and 4 for long term. 
 
Pets are welcome at all Rocky Mtn Rental Retreats. 
 
The condo’s living room/dining room /kitchen is an open space that creates a spacious family living area. The armoire contains a 19 inch color TV, Videos, DVD’s and CD’s. The library consists of history books, cook books, travel books and maps & brochures of the area. There is a new micro suede double wide sleeper couch, a matching love seat with plenty of pillows and throw blankets.  
 
There is also a therapeutic dog bed that has a removable washable covering. The dining room table is supported by a tree trunk that is a hand carved into a horse head and seats up to 6 people. The foyer cabinet has table settings and decorations for seasonal holidays. The kitchen is stocked by a chef and has oven- to-table cookware. The Master bedroom is decorated with Asian accents and comforts include candlelight scones, large window overlooking aspen groves, deer & elk and 300 count cotton sheets, quality semi firm queen size bed with down pillows & a comforter. The master bathroom has a jetted therapeutic tub and the interior of the shower curtains depicts a map of the world. The room is separated by a long hallway and there are no common walls throughout the condo. There is a washer & dryer in the hallway closet. 
 
The children’s room has a day bed adorned with Ralph Lauren’s teddy bear 100% cotton sheets. There is a 19 inch color TV complete with children’s videos, DVD’s, coloring books and library. The wooden teak table may be used as an office desk and it expands to 6 feet. This room may be used as a yoga room and comes with workout videos and weights. Directly behind the unit loops a 20 – 30 minute spectacular scenic dog/hiking/running/biking trail. For the ski season one may access Prospect Bowl & Quail Mtn. faster the town of Telluride ski commuters. 
 
The condo is stocked with water bottles, backpacks and a carry cooler for picnics or festivals. There is a lockable sport closet outside the condo and the front part of the garage that is equipped with an additional fridge/freezer may be rented with an additional charge. There is a free dial-a-ride service and one may walk to the Chondola and take a 3 minute ride to the Mt. Village Core/Centre and board the 8 seater Gondola which is a 12 -14 minute picturesque ride to the Town of Telluride. Pets are welcome on this first free public transportation system in the USA.

The condo is located in the Meadows area and is accessible via the pet friendly 4 seater chondola or walking trail to the Mt. Village Core, Grocery Store, Ski area, Shopping & Dining, Golden door Spa and Golf Course. Takethe 8 seater Gondola to the Town of Telluride (a 12-15 minute picturesque ride).
