Situated only minutes from the Pagosa Lakes golf course, my condo features luxurious amenities throughout. Enjoy the privacy of two bedrooms with a queen bed in the master, and twin over full in the guest bedroom. Both bedrooms and one full bath are located on the first floor. Washer and dryer are conveniently located just outside the two bedrooms.
Immediately upstairs is a large living room with a queen size sleeper sofa and dining room area all overlooking the San Juan Mountains and the enormous Village Lake. Enjoy a glass of wine while sitting on the deck taking in all the beauty that Pagosa Springs has to offer.
The new dining room table seats 8, and there is a breakfast bar adjacent to the fully equipped kitchen. A wood burning fireplace provides the ambiance for a skier’s paradise. The second full bath is located upstairs as well. Just outside the kitchen is a patio with a charcoal Bar B Q grill. The newly remodeled kitchen is equipped with a glass top halogen stove, Dishwasher, Disposal, Microwave oven, large refrigerator with ice maker, built in Wine Chiller and more than enough kitchen essentials to make your stay seem as if you were in your own home.
Exceptionally clean with 3 NEW LCD TV's, DVD in the living room and master bedroom, VCR and Super Nintendo Game system in the guest bedroom, CD & IPOD stereo, board games and much more.
