This property sits on 58 acres surrounded by national forest and wilderness. Turkey Creek runs behind this property, some of the best fly fishing in Archuleta county. This home has a 10 person theater, regulation size pool table a 6 person Jacuzzi tub all of this while you watch deer and elk grazing out back. Got to see this home to believe it.

Turkey Creek runs behind and to the side of this beautiful log home with four master suites all having your own unique bathroom with free standing antique tubs and shower, Flat screen plasma TVs, and fireplaces. Living room, dining room, kitchen and game room are separated by a 36 foot circular rock wood burning fireplace with big views of Turkey Creek and San Juan Mountains. The game room with full standing bar has a $12K self-adjusting regulation pool table off the living room area. The dining room and kitchen area can seat up to 16 individuals, or 8 for formal dining. This home has a separate office with a bear skin rug and buffalo trophies. Watch movies on a large flat screen plasma TV in a theater that seats 10 in leather reclining chairs. This home will sleep 9 comfortably. There is a secluded 6 person Jacuzzi hot tub near a circular fire-pit, with awesome views of national forest and wilderness. This property is fenced and gated for your security. There are logs through-out with post and beam, tongue and groove cathedral ceiling with balconies off the upstairs master bedrooms. Seclusion definitely describes this house, yet it’s still close to Pagosa Springs and Wolf Creek Ski Area. Cook and maid service, and a concierge service are provided upon request. Have our concierge set up any activity requested. For example: Turkey Creek is one of the best fly fishing streams in Archuleta County, and we can set-up a professional guide to fly fish this stream while horseback riding up to Turkey lake for lunch, or a camp out with cowboy singers, a chuck wagon dinner, roasting marshmallows over a open fire, telling tall stories. Discounts not applicable for this home, and a refundable security deposit of $1000 is required. No Pets/ No Smoking.

$1,000.00 refundable security deposit will be returned minus damages and cleaning, the cleaner you leave it the more security will be returned.
All major credit cards are accepted to hold and pay for your stay other then refundable security deposit, check, cash, money order or e-check.
If paying by check, payments over time is ok, balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.
I will negociate any stays as long as they are in reason.

Love Pagosa Springs, 4 seasons 3 million acres of National Forest and Wilderness

I love the water, we have two major rivers one a class 4 for white water rafting not to mention 100s of lake and stream to fish from, Lake Navajo for catch and release, miles of trails to choose from for mountain biking to hiking to horse back ride, Wolf Creek Ski Area reports the most snow in Colorado with Pagosa Hot Springs for that soak after a good day of skiing, world renown. We have four wheeling everywhere with the Silverton Trail ride 60 miles away in Durango, Colorado, Mesa Verde Indian Ruins close by. There are over 100 and one things to do here in South Western Colorado if you like the outdoors, just ask.
