Kitchen and living room areas are very nice with state of the art appliances in kitchen, leather couches and chairs in living room, small gas fireplace with big picture windows to view the continental divide. Also a wrap around deck, dinning area that will sit 8, a front loading washer and dryer for your convenience. The basement has a master bedroom/bath and roll away bed that will sleep four with large full bathroom. There are 3 queen size beds, and one double that will sleep 8 comfortably in this 2400 sq ft of living area home that has a heated 2 car garage. There is also a fuseball table for your enjoyment. There are 3 TVs, 2 high def with built in DVD players and easy hook ups for games (currently no TV service/July 2010), also the stairs aren't capreted yet. This home is just 18 miles from Wolf Creek Ski Area, 6 miles from Pagosa and the famous hot springs. Let us meet your lodging needs.
