The Montrose Guest House is centrally located to Historic downtown and is walking distance to shopping, restaurants, parks, movie theater, library, grocery store, Montrose Memorial Hospital, Re Hap Centers; Doctor offices and is adjacent to the San Juan Cancer Center.  
 
Our fully furnished house is great for relocating families or retired couples, shoppers from Mtn resort towns, on call nurses, patients seeking treatments or visiting business people. Chef Kendra may stock your freezer/fridge. On the route of the new public bus transportation system. The retreat is available on a nightly, weekly or monthly basis. 
 
The Master bedroom is painted with Ralph Lauren candlelight paint and decorated with an Asian Influence and has a 24 inch color screen TV for viewing videos. The children’s room has a twin size therapeutic massage bed complete with a remote for elevation of the head & legs. Both have 300 count cotton sheets, down comforters & pillows. There is a portable full size mattress bed that may be placed in the living room, office/infant room or children’s room. 
 
 
The living room has a state of the art surround sound stereo system, large 25 inch screen color T.V. that is on a portable stand and is stocked with family & children’s videos & DVD’s, maps and activity brochures of the area. The retreat comes with a treadmill, workout videos and weights. Your dog is welcome to roam the large backyard which has a tall privacy fence and the patio area is a great place to view the sunsets and for BBQ Grilling.  
 
The Montrose Guest House is in a quiet safe neighborhood and has 3 off street parking places. This lovely country Victorian decorated home is perfect for families, which are relocating, vacationing, coming from MTN resort towns for a couple days of shopping or patients needing medical treatments or surgery. 
 
Chef Kendra Wilcox of Kendra’s Kitchen Natural Foods, est. 1987, may stock your freezer with her famous quinoa breakfast burritos with a trio of salsa or homemade prepared dinners that are low in sodium, cholesterol & saturated fats.
