The Pines is 2,100 sq. ft. with cathedral ceilings in greatroom and all bedrooms. Watch the Durango & Silverton Narrow Gauge Railroad coast behind the unit and wave to the conductor from the master bedroom deck or patio below. Private yard has patio furniture and gas grill. The great room has wood burning fireplace, TV/VCR/DVD, CD and lots of windows to enjoy the mountain views. Two dining areas, fully furnished kitchen with everything down to coffee grinder, and coolers. Sliding doors from both kitchen and greatroom to deck and yard. Master bedroom has queen bed private deck, bath has 6x6 jacuzzi tub, shower and double sinks. Second bedroom has queen and twin bed, bath with tub and shower adjacent, third bedroom has two queen beds, each bedroom has TV etc. The greatroom has a queen sofa bed. The Townhome also has a heated Garage. We have furnished and decorated the unit as we would our home for your convenience and comfort. Reservations made less than 30 days prior to check-in, must be paid by cashiers check, Visa or Master Card. If canceled more than 30 days from check-in, there will be a $100.00 cancellation fee. Less than 30 days from check-in, 1/2 of rent will be forfeited unless re-rented. If re-rented, any difference between the rental amounts will be refunded less a $100.00 cancellation fee.
