Step onto the deck, sip a glass of your favorite Napa wine and listen to the cascading water running in the stream behind the house. 
 
Send the kids (and any adults looking for fun) to the lower level where you will find a game room with ping pong table, a media room with two cozy sofa’s, two more bedrooms (queen bed and two twin beds), and a full bath. Enjoy the comfort of the gas stove or step outside and be entertained with the secret swing located in the trees nearby. The private wooded view offers many sightings of deer and elk.  
 
The tranquility and privacy offered in this mountain home is special. When you stay here, you will enjoy all that the area has to offer. For the outdoor enthusiast, there is an abundance of activities (hiking, biking, fishing, golfing, skiing, snow shoeing, four wheeling, hot springs, stargazing).  
 
Visit downtown Durango and enjoy the shopping, restaurants, galleries, theaters, concerts and music festivals, or spend the day visiting Silverton, Wolf Creek, Telluride, Mesa Verde National Park or Vallecito Lake. All aboard- the Durango-Silverton Narrow Gauge Railroad stops within minutes of the residence.
