Discounts are available for an extended stay. All weekly rates are based on 6 nights. Holiday weeks incur an additional surcharge of 185.00 USD flat. Those weeks are any week that falls on or is within 2 days of major US Holiday such a Christmas, Easter, New Years, Memorial Day, July 4th, Thanksgiving, Labor Day. 50% payment due upon booking and reservation with final balance and refundable security deposit due 30 days prior to arrival.
