Vacation Rental Description
Innkeepers Frank and Susan Gray invite you to share their cozy mountain retreat, The Woodland Inn Bed and Breakfast. Located eighteen miles west of Colorado Springs, the Woodland Inn offers a wonderful alternative to typical lodging!
Surrounded by Aspen groves and Ponderosa Pines, guests may wander in the woods, read by the koi pond, catch up on emails with our wireless internet, or just relax in the parlor overlooking peaceful woodlands where hummingbirds, elk, deer, fox and an occasional bear come to visit. And for a special treat, schedule a private pottery lesson from Master Potter Frank Gray!
Frank and Susan serve a wonderful breakfast fireside in the spacious dining room or on the sunny patio. Tea service is always available and delicious treats are provided in the evenings. Guests are invited to use the kitchen or outdoor grill for dinner and lunches, or they can walk down the lane to a fine restaurant. For a day of hiking, biking, skiing or trail riding, your hosts can assist you with arrangements and picnic lunches.
Perfect for a romantic weekend getaway, or a home base while you explore the Pikes Peak area, the Woodland Inn offers a wonderful choice of rooms, all with private baths to accommodate your needs. For people wanting to more privacy, there are also three cabins that are not located on the property that are available for rent.
