The 31 mile ranch is a historic 120 acre ranch in the mountains of Central Colorado about 3 miles from Guffey. If you want to do some White Water Rafing you are only 30 minutes away from Canon City. It sits at the base of 31 Mile Mountain. Great for horse back riding, hiking, next to BLM, and National Forest Lands. A wonderful setting to have a blast with your horses, ATV, or just your feet. Historic log cabin, Barn, and much, much more. Great for large or small groups. NOTE you can bring your horses to this ranch and ride, ride, ride. The main house has 3 bedrooms, large living area, etc - A great 50's style ranch house. Very well maintained and nice and clean. The property also has a creek running through it, as well as a pond. Located within Black Mtn hunting area.. The barn is incredible - it has been sectioned off and shows like a museum - old ranch stuff. This barn is larger than any barn I have ever seen. There is an area reserved for your horse
