Professionally furnished short term rentals - sometimes called corporate housing. Fully furnished and professionally decorated - all you need to bring is your toothbrush and clothes - we provide virtually everything else.  
 
The living area in this home features vaulted ceilings with high intensity overhead lighting. A fireplace, ceiling fan and a dining table for four (expandable to seat six) is directly adjacent. Just off the living room is a covered porch with seating for four and a bistro table for outdoor enjoyment.  
 
The kitchen is fully equipped with a Maytag side by side fridge, a microwave, and a smooth top stove along with everything else you would expect. All plates, cups, glasses, tableware, pots and pans, silverware and everything other than the food itself is there for you. Overhead is decorator lighting with another general light and ceiling fan. There is a large pass through with its own set of pendant lights that allows for communication between the kitchen and living area.  
 
The master bedroom and bath feature a walk in closet and in the bath you will find a roman tub with tile to the ceiling, a shampoo niche, a corner caddy and top of the line towels and other linens. The second bath is equally as nice, but smaller. Both baths have massaging phone style shower heads.  
 
The second bedroom has a queen size bed and a small but very nice roll top desk along with its own ceiling fan. The third bedroom is set up as a permanent office with a large desk top and leather executive chair along with a two regular drawer, one file drawer side companion. There is also a Dell PC with 19” LCD monitor and color printer/copier and high speed Internet access. Although a single roll away bed could be put in the office this home should be normally be considered as a two bedroom with a separate office. Of course all utilities are included but this unit does not have a phone (bring your cell phone). 
 
Our gated community has a pool, hot tub (seasonal), and large clubhouse with a fully equipped gym. The rental comes with a carport. The view from the patio (overlooking the pool and hot tub) is spectacular with great views of Pikes Peak and the entire Front Range.  
 
Monthly rates start as low as $2,100 per month and much more cost effective than a hotel room! There is no application fee but a security deposit is required. Small pets are negotiable – extra monthly rent and a non-refundable cleaning fee is required. Call for special winter pricing from October through March.

• Travel Info: When flying to Colorado Springs please consider the Colorado Springs airport. It saves over 2 hours of windshield time rather than going through Denver. COS is served by major airlines with many good flights.
