The Villa Sierra condos are safe & quiet with a 24-hour security guard with central air conditioning and heat. The deck provides the best view of Pikes Peak in town and it overlooks Garden of the Gods. Master bedroom has a very comfortable king bed with large closets and one whole wall of mirrors!! Living room has a very comfy sofa with a cozy gas-log fireplace. Television service provided by Direct TV satellite dish, including XM Satellite radio. Kitchen includes all major appliances, plus microwave, coffee maker, toaster. Laundry room has full size washer & dryer. High-speed internet service provided by hard-wired modem and wi-fi. In this dry mountain climate you can choose the amount of humidity (10-40%) with the built in humidifier. Park your car in the one-car covered carport. Play tennis at our tennis court. Go swimming in our pool (open during summer months).
