Our Winter Park townhome is a unique and special home for your vacation enjoyment. As the developer of The Telemark, this home is the “pick of the litter”. It has an excellent location, overlooking the Fraser River with unobstructed views of the Continental Divide from the great room, dual master bedrooms, both a main level deck and lower level patio!
There is a private hot tub that accomodates 4 adults on the lower level patio with an unobstructed view of the Fraser River just 30 feet away!
As an end unit, the home has windows on three sides, a larger main level deck with wonderful southern exposure.
The home is professionally decorated in a unique, cowboy/western motif complete with real riding gear (saddle in living room) on display throughout. There is an entertainment center in the Great Room with cable tv, stereo and CD/DVD player unit. A second entertainment center is also provided in the lower level master bedroom with cable tv, stereo, DVD and VHS player.
The kitchen is fully equipped for gourmet cooking and the dining room table can be expanded to serve 8. A gas bar-b-que grill is available on the deck, as well.
The Telemark is approximately 100 yards from the main bus line to/from the Ski Resort. The buses run regularly on this route so no need to drive to the ski resort.
The Telemark is conveniently located in town, which is where most of the shopping and restaurants are located within walking distance, alleviating the need to drive and search for parking spaces once you arrive.
The Telemark is also located within 500 yards of the new, $18 million Grand County Recreation Center which is complete with a pool, slide, weight room, gymnasium, indoor running track, sauna & steam bath plus a climbing wall.

This home is professionally decorated with authentic cowboy riding gear including a saddle, spurs, ropes, chaps, etc.
Another distinguishing feature is the 6 point bull elk named "Ralph" hung in the vaulted entry area.

This home is located on the Fraser River in downtown Winter Park. There are multiple restaurants adjacent to the Telemark community. The bus line is less than 100 yards away. The Telemark is the closest new condominium community to the new, $18 million Grand Park Recreation Center.
The Town of Winter Park retains the bulk of the restaurants, shops, bars, etc.
