Studio Condominium in Winter Park Area

This unit is a completely remodeled sport studio!! It is considered a 5 star unit and is one of the nicest on the property. You will not be disappointed. It sleeps up to 4 people. Two on a Queen size TempurPedic Swedish Sleep System Murphy bed and two on a full size Futon Bed. There are 4 European down comforters with covers which are washed for every new arrival. Much nicer than any hotel room!!! It is very comfortable for three adults or two adults and two kids. It is located on the first floor and opens to a large patio which leads directly to the pool and hot tubs.

Everything has been remodeled in this studio right down to the electric outlets. There is a 32 inch wall mounted LG LCD TV, Wireless Internet Access, Bamboo floors, Maple Cabinets in kitchen and bathroom, Corian counters, high end faucets, new refrigerator, dish washer, oven and microwave, stone fireplace surround, oriental rug, new futon couch and new sheets & towels. Other condo amenities include a coffee maker, toaster, iron and 2 sleds for the kids (an awesome sledding hill is 100 feet from our condo).

THE IRON HORSE RESORT is a full service SKI IN SKI OUT Resort. It is located about 1500 feet uphill away from the hustle and bustle of the Winter Park Ski Resort base area. The complex is surrounded by trees and has a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere. A full service ski shop is located 200 feet from the condo where our guests enjoy 20% off all ski rentals. Let us know if you need rentals and we will help streamline the process for you. We can also be of assistance finding discounted lift tickets! There is also a very popular on site restaurant for your convenience.
