This one level luxury penthouse condo looks directly out over the Winter Park ski area and the Fraser River. Nestled in the trees with spectacular views of the mountain slopes and the Fraser River, this condo offers privacy with stunning views as well as a premier location in the ski base area. It is conveniently located on the complimentary resort shuttle line and near the the Fraser River Trail.

With a great-room style floor plan, high end furnishings and two large decks overlooking the Winter Park mountain ski slopes as well as the Fraser River, Eagles Nest offers both comfort, stunning views and privacy. Soak in the private hot tub while enjoying spectacular views of the ski runs and the river. BBQ on the gas grill. Sit in the deck chairs, relax to the sounds of the river below and look at the stars. Inside, floor to ceiling windows provide stunning views of the mountain ski slopes and the river. Watch the kids ski down the slopes from the comfort of the leather sofa.

The well appointed living room has a river rock gas log fireplace and comfortable seating on the leather sofa and loveseat to enjoy cable TV, DVD, VCR and Bose stereo. Curl up in the large rattan chair and read a book. There are plenty of games for adults and children alike. Complimentary wireless and wired internet with high speed broadband connection is available, along with local phone service.

The well equipped kitchen has granite counter tops and all the necessary amenities to prepare a gourmet meal. The dining room seats 6 comfortably and more chairs can be added. Or, dine out at any of Winter Park's great restaurants.

The Master Suite includes a king bed, TV and ample closet space. The master bath is tiled in marble and has a large soaker tub, separate walk-in shower and double vanity sinks. The Queen Suite has a queen bed and its own private bathroom. The 3rd bedroom has 2 sets of bunks, with a double down/twin up and a twin over twin bunk bed. There is also a trundle bed stowed underneath the lower twin. All rooms have individual color televisions with cable. There is an additional third full bathroom. The leather couch is a queen sleeper sofa and there is a queen air bed as well. We are kid friendly and a port-a-crib and high chair are available by request.

Get away from the noise, traffic and congestion of the central resort! Enjoy the convenience of a base area location without the hassles. There is private parking for 2 of your vehicles & mountain bikes in our enclosed underground heated garage. A short walk brings you to the base of Winter Park Resort. Hop on the lifts - your entry point to world class skiing. Don't like to to walk in ski boots? - catch the complimentary resort shuttle that passes by the Trademark entry gate about every 15 minutes.

We require 50% of the rental amount and a separate $750 REFUNDABLE Security Deposit to hold the property.

Balance is due 60 days prior to the arrival date.
Preferred Payment is by check. Credit card payment taken for an additional 8%. PayPal also accepted. 5% service fee applies.

Security Deposit (separate check is required). Refund is issued within 10 days of departure.

CANCELLATION: Full Refund of all monies paid, with the exception of a $100 booking fee. Cancellation before 45 days of arrival results in the loss of the initial 50% and the Security Deposit. Cancellation less than 45 days before arrival results in the loss of all monies paid.
If we can get the property re-rented at the same price, then you loose nothing. If we re-rent is for a lesser amount, we will refund the difference.
