Enjoy this beautifully decorated, family condo with a great view of the Byers Peak Range, from your private deck. This is a condo for all seasons. Enjoy full Club privileges at this luxurious vacation spot. Watch for the free shuttle from the warmth of the living room and have time for the short walk to catch it at the Club House. Huge new supermarket at bottom of hill.

Sleeping six to nine, the beds include two Queens, three single loft beds, and one queen sofa sleeper.

Club privileges include heated outdoor pool, three hot tubs, two racquetball courts, weight room, and outdoor tennis courts. The shuttle bus runs every 30 minutes, 100 yards from the condo.

Ski during winter. Ski Broker Ski Shop 100 yards from condo. Bicycle during summer months. Bike rental nearby. Winter Park is the Biking capital of Colorado with over 600 miles of trails.

Club Meadow Ridge is 100 yards from the condo. It has two out door jacuzzis, swiming pool, three tennis courts, exercise room with weight machines and aerobic machines. Two indoor raquetball courts, game room and laundry room. The condo is fully equiped for up to nine guests. This includes bed and bath linen and kitchen utensils, pots and pans, plates and silverware and some basic condiments.

With 600 miles of trails, it's no wonder why Winter Park has gained the title of "Mountain Bike Capital USA". At the resort alone you will find 50 miles of single-track trails accessible via chair lifts and marked with signs identifying skill level. Once at the top of the lifts you may want to stop into the Sunspot for a quick bite to eat while enjoying the 360-degree views of the surrounding mountains. From there you can choose runs like the Upper Arapahoe, the resort's downhill race course, or wind down The Long Trail for a 7-mile novice ride.
It would be impossible to cover all of the mountain bike trails of Winter Park and the Fraser Valley in one short article. However, once you get to here, there are a number of free mountain bike trail guides that can be found at most establishments.

Interested parties are asked to give their name, address, phone number, number of guests, dates of arrival and morning of departure. If both parties agree on date, price and payment then owner will sent a rental agreement that will show date, cost and other information. When the rental agreement is returned with first payment, dates will be reserved. Method of Payment: Payments may be made in one, two, three or four payments. First payment or only payment, is due when renter signs the agreement. This will insure reservation. The last payment will be due two weeks before condo occupation. Once paid in full, owner will send front door combination and location directions.
