Beautiful new 1300 square foot condominium, first floor (no lugging your stuff upstairs!) with an oversize garage - great for storing skis and bikes. Located in Fraser, just 2 miles outside the town of Winter Park. The stop for the FREE bus route to the Winter Park Ski Resort is only 50 yards down the driveway. The bus comes every 15 minutes during ski season!! We're 1 mile from the gigantic Fraser Tubing Hill, and seconds from beautiful hiking and biking trails in the summer.  
 
Perfect for a family getaway; our mountain retreat has everything you need. In the family room we have a 40-inch LCD flat screen TV, surround sound, a DVD player and cable TV. You can sit in front of the gas fireplace on the luxurious leather sofa and love seat. The sofa converts to a very comfortable queen size bed. 
 
The master suite has a king size bed, flat screen TV with DVD player/VCR, a private patio, large closet, dresser, and a lovely bathroom with shower. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, nightstand and a large closet. The third bedroom can sleep up to five children quite comfortably with two sets of bunk beds and a trundle, plus a large closet. We also have two pack-n-plays available for babies or toddlers. The second bathroom is quite spacious with double sinks and a bathtub with shower. All linens and towels provided. 
 
The kitchen has new stainless steel appliances, granite tile counter tops and everything you will need to make your meals at home. There is a Safeway grocery store just a mile down the road. There is seating for six to eight at the dining room table and additional four stools at the bar. Just adjacent to the kitchen is a washer and dryer for your use. 
 
The community hot tubs are just out the back door. In addition, you are provided full use of MeadowRidge Recreation Center which is only a half mile away. There you will find a large heated outdoor pool and two very large hot tubs (one for kids, one for adults) - towels provided at the club. There is also a full workout facility, racquetball courts, sauna and locker room with showers. Four recently resurfaced tennis courts are available during the summer.
