Our home has a deck with picnic table and gas grill. The carport provides covered parking for 2 cars with additional parkiing in driveway.  
On the main floor there is a living room with fireplace, TV, VCR/DVD player,and stereo system. There is also an adjoining family room with table for games and puzzles, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, and a half bathroom. 
Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms (two of these have king-sized beds, two have a full-sized bunk bed), 2 bathrooms and a washer and dryer. 
Firewood and linens are provided.

We are just 5 minutes away from the Silverthorne Recreation Center with its weight room, track and multiple swimming pools, water slide and hot tub. The 60 store Factory Outlet Center is also 5 minutes away. A major grocery store is 10 minutes away.

We are conveniently located to the major ski areas: Keystone 15-20 minutes, Copper Mountain 15-20 minutes, Breckenridge 20-25 minutes. A free shuttle bus stops one block away to take riders to these areas or the nearby towns.  
The 3 major ski areas offer ice skating, downhill and cross country skiing, and snowboarding. In the nearby towns of Silverthorne, Frisco, Dillon, and Breckenridge, you can arrange for kayaking, rafting, fly-fishing, biking and horse riding in the summer. In the winter snowmobiling and sleighrides are also available.

A minimum stay of 4 nights is required except for the Christmas/NewYears period (5 nights) and summer/fall period (6 nights). A deposit of 1/2 the total rent is required when the reservation is made. The remainder is due one month before the rental date. For reservations from December through the end of March, the payment is refundable upon cancellation if the unit can be re-rented. During the rest of the year, we will give a full refund with 2 weeks cancellation notice. We require a security deposit of $200 with the final payment. This will be returned if there is no damage done at the end of your rental period.
