Vacation Rental Description

Comfortably furnished multi-level duplex. Master bedroom and bath on one level, loft overlooks dining room (and sleeps 2). Lower level has 3 bedrooms including one with queen bed, one with twin beds and one with bunk (double/twin). All cleaning services are provided. Our home is in move-in condition and everything is provided: linens, utensils, pots, plates, etc. We provide firewood. We require a 500/dollar damage deposit with all rentals.

We are close to everything. Wonderful indoor pool and exercise facility in nearby Avon. Summer side trips to Leadville and other historic Colorado locations.

Our home is in walk-in condition. All linens are provided. Firewood is provided. There is a gas grill on the deck outside. Two of the bedrooms have televisions. The large tub in the master bath is a jacuzzi.


House Rental Rates

Low Season Price : $2400
High Season Price : $4900 per Week
Summer rentals: 350/night. No maximum

Early season (November - December 15th) : 495/night. No maximum

High season (week before Christmas, Christmas week, week after Christmas): 995/night (7 night minimum)

January - February 15: 595/night No minimum)

February 15-March 30 : 695/night (No minimum)

March 30 to mountain closing: 495/night (No minimum)
