Brand new for the 07/08 season, Black Hawk's interior of soft tones makes it an oasis of calm, comfort and understated style, with all the mod-cons you'd expect to make your stay as relaxing and pleasurable as possible.
A heated driveway and entry leads to your private heated garage with plenty of storage for skis and other toys. On the ground floor there is a large bedroom with King bed and ensuite.
An oak and iron staircase takes you to the 2nd floor and the heart of the house - an open plan living and dining area with seating for 10, kitchen area and 2 private decks with a gas BBQ grill. The large glass windows flood the area with light and compliment the spacious open plan layout. Underfloor heating beneath stylish solid oak flooring keeps your toes toasty and the contemporary feature gas log fireplace adds warmth and ambiance. The kitchen is fully equipped with a professional gas range and granite counter tops and is just perfect for entertaining or being entertained!
2 further king or twin bedrooms are located on the 3rd floor, both with ensuites, 1 with its own private deck and at the top of the house you'll find the master bedroom with its double vanity ensuite, walk-in closet and fabulous views of the Yampa Valley.
