A heated driveway and entry leads to your private heated garage with plenty of storage for skis and other toys. On the ground floor there is a large bedroom with King bed and ensuite.  
 
An oak and iron staircase takes you to the 2nd floor and the heart of the house - an open plan living and dining area with seating for 10, kitchen area and 2 private decks with a gas BBQ grill. The large glass windows flood the area with light and compliment the spacious open plan layout. Underfloor heating beneath stylish solid oak flooring keeps your toes toasty and the contemporary feature gas log fireplace adds warmth and ambiance. The kitchen is fully equipped with a professional gas range and granite counter tops and is just perfect for entertaining or being entertained! 
 
2 further king or twin bedrooms are located on the 3rd floor, both with ensuites, 1 with its own private deck and at the top of the house you'll find the master bedroom with its double vanity ensuite, walk-in closet and fabulous views of the Yampa Valley. All beds are made up with luxury linens and cozy duvets. The bathrooms are all stocked with plush towel, warm bathrobes and AVEDA bath products.  
 
Think it can't get better? You're wrong! What sets this property apart from anything else in Steamboat is the covered 4th floor deck with its large private hot tub and views of the ski mountain. Its not too hard to imagine how each day will end! You'll be rushing 'home' to reminisce about the days adventures, soak away any aches and pains and enjoy one of the best views in Steamboat!  
 
It goes without saying that a property of this caliber has its own in-unit washer/dryer, wireless internet access throughout the whole house, a flat screen TV with cable and CD player in each bedroom and the living area, stereo with Ipod dock and a selection of next generation games consols to choose from during your stay (Wii, XBox 360, PS3)  
 
Situated on Village Drive, 2 blocks from the gondola, our townhome's location makes it the perfect place to stay year round. It takes under 5 minutes to walk to the Gondola and restaurants or, if you prefer, hop on the local shuttle which stops just outside.
