We request an initial deposit by personal check equal to 2 nights lodging due within 10 days from the date of reservation in order to hold the dates. Final payment is due in full no less than 75 days prior to arrival by personal check. At check-in, a credit card is required for phone and/or damage deposit. Cancellation Policy Trip Cancellation Insurance is highly recommended. In the event that a cancellation should become necessary, our refund policy is pro-rated as follows: Any cancellation will result in a charge of $150.00 (uninsurable) Up to 21 days prior to arrival: two nights' lodging rate shall be forfeited Less than 21 day prior to arrival, ALL payments shall be forfeited
