Vacation Rental Description
Located at the top of the Wildernest Community, at 9700 feet, it has wonderful views over Lake Dillon to the snow covered peaks in the heart of the Coloroado Rockies. 
 
Built in 1999 it has a total of 1400 square feet, with three bedrooms and three bathrooms, a completely furnished kitchen and dining area, a south facing outdoor deck, a gas fireplace, and TV's in all the rooms. 
 
There is a club house with two outdoor hot tubs. 
 
The condo can be rented as a two bedroom unit (main floor only), or as a three bedroom unit which would include the upstairs bedroom and bathroom. 
 
Across from the development entrance is a bus stop for the Summit County free bus that connects to all the ski areas. 
 
Across from the upper end of the parking lot are two different trail heads for hiking and snow shoeing into the Eagles Nest Wilderness Area.

    A 10 % discount is available for stays of one week or longer. A reservation deposit equal to one or two nights rental amount, depending on the length of your stay, secures the dates requested. This is fully refundable until one month before your arrival. After that it will be refunded if your nights can be rented to another party. Full payment is required three weeks in advance. Again, this portion would be refunded if your nights can be rented to another party. I also collect a $100.00 cleaning fee and a security deposit. So far all guests have taken good care of the unit and all security deposits have been fully refunded. All instructions, etc., are forwarded after complete payment is received.
