Incredible location! Less then 100 feet from the shores of Lake Granby, the second largest lake in Colorado! Lake Granby is actually larger then Shadow Mt Lake and Grand Lake combined, and is much less crowded. Fishing and pontoon boats can be rented daily at the nearby marina, only 1/4 mile away. Boat slips and moorings are available for daily rental. There is also a private boat dock located in front of the home, and is available for use at an extra cost TBD. 
 
This beautiful home has a completely re-modeled kitchen, bathroom, and master bedroom, as of June 2007. The kitchen has new hardwood flooring, maple chestnut cabinets, granite countertops, and all new appliances. Carpeting was also replaced during this re-model. 
 
During the summer there is easy access to boating, fishing, water-skiing, and sailing, and is close to four great golf courses. In the Winter, we have excellent access to skiing at 3 major resorts - Winter Park Resort (30 Min.) - Steamboat Springs (60 Min.) - Sol Vista Ski Area (10 Min.) Ice fishing and snow mobiling on the frozen lake is permitted. Lake Granby provides easy access to 130 miles of scenic groomed trails thru the Arapahoe National Forest right from your doorstep! This property is only minutes from Rocky Mountain National Park, Grand Lake, and Hot Sulphur Springs Spa.  
 
The breathtaking views of Lake Granby and the surrounding snow capped Rocky Mountains, from every location on this property, will captivate you for hours and leave you with a feeling of serenity.

    DAMAGE/RESERVATION DEPOSIT- A damage/reservation deposit of $750.00 is required. This must be received 30 days prior to your arrival date. The deposit automatically converts to a security/damage deposit upon arrival. The deposit is NOT applied toward rent; however, it is fully refundable within (14) days of departure. PAYMENT – An advance payment equal to 25% of the rental rate is required to hold reservation. Please make payments in the form of traveler’s checks, bank money orders, cashiers checks or credit card payable to Bacala LLC. CANCELLATIONS – A sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 30 days, will forfeit full balance of rent due, unless cancelled days can be re-booked. If cancelled days can be re-booked, a full refund will be issued minus a $75.00 administration fee.
