This is the nicest townhome for the value. Furnishings include wood floors, a beautiful stone gas fireplace, leather sofa and lazyboy chair to relax in, expandable dining room table, a very large kitchen with dishwasher, flattop stove, ice maker, garbage disposal, and bar stools. The unit has a washer and dryer. The kitchen has spices and cleaning supplies.  
 
This large 1200 square foot townhome has an open floor plan with all the amenities. New furnishings and paint. 
The living area has a 42" flat screen tv with dvd player above the fireplace. Wireless internet.  
There is a murphy bed that is a Queen size pillowtop bed with a separte area for your clothing and such.  
 
The master bedroom has a very large walk-in closet, 37" flat screen tv, beautiful view of the Lagoon and an outdoor deck to sit on. The bedroom has a King size pillowtop bed with a lush comforter. Master bath includes two person jacuzzi tub and separate shower/toilet.  
 
This unit is located on one floor with the heated garage below. The clubhouse facilities are located close by with a large indoor heated pool and two hot tubs. A tennis court and indoor racketball court for your pleasure. 
 
The bike path's and Lake Dillon are 1 block away. Shopping is close by, but there is no street noise in this location. Frisco's best place. Walk to downtown in the summer, 6 blocks. Boating and marina nearby. 
Keystone is 12 min, Copper 6 min, Breckenridge 14 min, Vail 25 min. Pick you place based on the weather and snow for the day!
