Vail is only 25 miles away. Shops, restaurants and best value ski rental places are less than a mile away. 
 
In summer, enjoy rafting in nearby whitewater rivers or kayak, canoe or sail on Lake Dillon. The summit county bike path system is accessible from right outside the front door.
