Vacation Rental Description
2 bedrooms with view of the mountains in Frisco, CO convenient to Breckenridge, Copper and Keystone Mountains. Club house is next door to our building and has large pool, 3 outside hot tubs and one inside hot tub, sauna steam room, racquetball court and locker rooms. Parking for one car under the building and additional parking in front of the building. Our condo is on the first floor and is fully equipped with all kitchenware, linens, cable TV, VCR, DVD. Kitchen has full stove and refrigerator, microwave and everything needed for a great vacation.  
 
 
Frisco is a charming old western town that has been dsicovered as a great place for good restaurants and stores as well as convenient supermarkets and nera to factory stores shopping centers. Approx. 1 1/2 hour drive from Denver airport and easy to find just off I 70 and about 1/2 hour drive to Vail. 
 
Free x country ski trails just 100 yards out side the back door gives access to natural experience x c skiing.

    We email a rental agreement which you sign and return with a check for 1/3 of the rental amount as deposit. Cancelation no later than 30 days prior to occupancy. Cleaning charge of $95 is waived for rentals of 7 days or more. Monthly rates in summer are $1000 to $1250.
