There are coin-operated clothes washers and dryers one flight down. The hot tub, sauna, pool and ping pong tables are in the clubhouse. Cleaning and linen service is available at an additional charge, but probably not daily.

THE GREAT MOUNTAIN OUTDOORS & LAKE IS SO CLOSE - Drive times to ski areas in min. are ~ 7 to Keystone, 12 to ABasin, 15-20 to Copper, Breckenridge & Loveland. 35 to Vail and 10 more to Beaver Creek. Winter Park is an hour away. Free buses take you easily to Keystone and Arapahoe Basin, and getting to Copper & Breckenridge takes a few bus changes.
- The Marina is a few minutes walk away. Also in the summer there are free, fun concerts you can walk to at the Amphitheater. There is a beach, but the water is cold.
- Don't forget about exploring numerous 4-wheel drive, mountain biking and hiking trails!
- There is a great paved bicycling and hiking path along a lot of the 26 miles of shoreline.
- Several restaurants, bars, a bowling alley, tennis courts, and a pool hall are within walking distance.
- 5 great mountain golf courses within 7-20 min. away!
- The Factory Outlet Malls and other shopping in towns are nearby.

Payable with US Bank checks (30 days ahead), US Bank money orders or Cashiers Checks, PayPal (can use credit card for 3% more), Western Union money transfer. Minimum rental $275 or 3-5 days.
