Location: Spruce Lodge, Copper Mountain, Northwest, Colorado, USA (Steps away from the American Eagle Lift)  
 
Accommodations: Condominium, 2 Bedrooms + Loft, 2 Baths (Sleeps 8-12) 
 
This Ski-in, Ski-out two bedroom, two bath plus Loft Condominium is ideally located in the Spruce Lodge Condominiums. No need to carry your skis up to the Condo; there is a personal ski locker on the ground level just inside the heated garage. 
 
This is a spacious two-story Condo. Downstairs is a very large Bedroom with two queen beds, a full bath, kitchen, dining area, and a large living room with a cathedral ceiling. There is also an inviting gas fire place in the living room. Use the spiral staircase from the living room to the loft to get upstairs or you may take the main elevator to the fourth floor where the upstairs bedroom has a private entry.  
 
Once upstairs, there is a very large second bedroom with two more queen beds and a private bath. The loft provides additional sleeping with a twin bunk bed bedroom set that overlooks the living room. There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. This Condo sleeps a total of 12 persons. 
 
Enjoy the Gas Fireplace or glance out the large living room windows with a view of the village and the famed "sky" chutes of the 10 Mile Range. Centrally located adjacent to The Burning Stones Plaza, you have immediate access to the 'best' that Copper Mountain has to offer. You are just steps away from the American Eagle high speed quad lift. 
 
To maintain this unit's condition, we do not allow smoking however we will consider small created pets.

    • The laundry facility in the building is just outside second floor doorway. There is a common area hot tub on the first floor. Just outside the hot tub area is a patio with gas grill for you use. The atheletic club can be used on a pay per used basis. The athletic club offers cardio machines, weight room, swimming pool with lap lane. Hot tub, sauna and steam room. There is also a spa for message appointments. There is a gas fire place in the condo.

    • Copper Mountain offers all of the summer and winter activities you would expect from a destination ski resort. Silvertorne and Frisco are both short drives to find movie theaters and other entertainment. Of all the Summit County resorts Copper Mountain is the most conveniently located resort for making day trips to other areas. It is right off the Interstate.

    1. PAYMENT – An advance payment equal to 25% of the rental rate is required for booking. The balance is due 45 days before arrival and 60 days for Christmas bookings. Please make payments in the form of traveler's checks, bank money orders, cashiers checks or personal check. 2. CANCELLATIONS – A sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 60 days of the arrival date, guest will forfeit all sums paid unless we are able to re-rent the property to someone else, at the same rate for the same period. 3. MONTHLY RESERVATION CANCELLATIONS – Monthly renters must cancel one hundred twenty (120) days prior to check-in. Monthly renters who make a change that results in a shortened stay must be made at least ninety (90) days prior to check-in.
