Welcome to our lovely vacation home at Copper Mountain! This is a nicely furnished two bedroom/two bath condominium located on the “quiet side” of Ten Mile Creek. Our condo is in the Passage Point building which is just a 3-minute walk from the base of the mountain. So, you are just a minutes away from the heart of the village where you can enjoy live music, food, and your favorite beverage. When you are ready for some peace and quiet, you can head back to your condo and enjoy some downtime.

Our condo faces the mountains, not the interstate freeway, like many of the units in Passage Point do. Not only will you hear the creek when you step out onto our balcony, but you might also smell the fresh coffee brewing down below at Starbucks. The layout of our condo is ideal for a family of four with the two twin beds in the bedroom. Mom and Dad can enjoy the luxury of the king size bed in the Master suite. In addition, if you have more than four, the queen sleeper sofa will make room for two more guests. There is a television in every room and plenty of kitchen utensils for those who like to cook.

We accept credit cards for your booking. A $300 refundable deposit is required to hold your reservation. We are required to collect tax of 5.775% on all rentals and $100 cleaning fee. The cleaning fee is waived for those who stay five nights or longer. A 3 night minimum stay is required for all rentals.
