Feel completely at home in this 6000 square-foot custom decorated home in Breckenridge, Colorado. 2 Miles to the lifts and a fantastic view of Peak 9 and 10 of the beautiful ski slopes. All the comforts of home are included in this 3 level, conveniently located, privately owned home. Easy to find in the first luxurious, secluded home development south of the last light at the end of town. No icy roads to climb, convenient to Hwy 9 and shuttle service to slopes and town. 
 
Welcome your friends or family to 6 Bedrooms and 7 bathrooms of pure luxury. The 3 levels include 2 kitchens, laundry, 2 dining areas, 2 media rooms, pool table room and a study with high speed internet. The bedrooms are furnished with luxury linens and high end furnishings comparable to resort living. The dining areas will seat 18 for meals with a gourmet kitchen fully appointed, even 2 dishwashers. The heated garage has one parking space available for guests and driveway space for parking 2 to 3 more cars. The entire home has everything you need including large capacity washer, dryer, built in automatic humidifiers, latest Flat screen TVS, DVD players, hot tub, BBQ grills and much more. 
 
The 2 main level master suites open to the upper level deck which sprawls across the length of the house. Enjoy your favorite refreshment while taking in the view of skiers at the resort and the majestic trees as your scenic backdrop. The two upstairs master suites have the identical view, one with jetted tub. All other bedrooms have multiple mountain views. There are 5 bedrooms with queen beds and one with 2 doubles. Both media rooms have queen sleeper sofas and there are also 2 air mattress available. The study is equipped with sofa, desk and has a private full bath. It is also a perfect place to find your favorite hot spot since the house has wireless high speed internet. The main media and pool table rooms are on the bottom level with another full kitchen and private bath. From there step out to that killer view again to the massive bottom deck that has a picnic table, patio furniture and the 9 person hot tub. An additional deck is also on the back of the house for outdoor cooking and relaxing.

Take the Whole Family to this Beautiful Home

This property worked out perfectly for our family ski trip. We have 5 adult children, some with spouses, and one grand daughter. Everyone had plenty of space, and with 7 full baths we practically each had our own bathroom! The guys loved the quality pool table. The skiers were able to come home and soothe their aching bodies in the nice hot tub. Don't under estimate the utility of two dishwashers as it helps keep the large kitchen/dining area looking clean and orderly. If it's alone time you want, the place is large enough to find an empty room on one of the three levels. It is furnished and decorated with quality stuff. We hope to return soon!

For activities other than skiing, we recommend the Breckenridge Recreation Center. It has great facilities and equipment. We also climbed to the top of Baldy Mountain, just several miles from the property.
Recommended for: Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

Generations together

Thank you for the gift of sharing! We felt the warmth and love of family the moment we walked in the door. It was a wonderful experience to have three generations vacation together making meals and sharing time around the large table. How fun to drink our beverage and watch the sunset or sometimes the sunrise. How delightful the laughter of kids and the competitive spirit around the pool table, not to mention the enjoyment of the spa after a full day of activities. Our prayer is that God will continue to bless you as well.

Comfortable Retreat

Thank you for the memories we were able to create. The time we spent here was one week of constant activities that we were able to spend knowing we had a comfortable retreat to come back to!!! We cannot wait to come back during the ski season to see how comfortable the radiant floor heating is.
