Vacation Rental Description
Breckenridge is a world class ski resort with a great atmosphere. Grand Timber Lodge offers Ski-in/Ski-out slope access and lots of amenities. The property has always been in top shape when we are there, and offers heated driveways and sidewalks. There is a restaurant/bar on the premises, or there are numerous great restaurants in the quaint but friendly and unpretentious historic downtown along main street. Grand Timber Lodge has a shuttle that is free of charge to guests of the resort. You can catch it at the Grand Timber Lodge resort and ride it to your destination of choice in town, then when ready to return to the resort, just call the shuttle for a pick-up. 
 
The resort also has two indoor & outdoor pools, plus several indoor or outdoor hot tub spas. Steam and dry sauna and exercise facilities also available. There is an onsite ski shop for rentals or tunes, or numerous shops downtown. 
 
The condo can be sub-divided as a lockoff 1BR Master and Studio. Master section has a full kitchen stocked with plenty of utensils, and washer/dryer combo. Studio has a kitchenette with a microwave and small stove & refrigerator and a few utensils.
