If you've not stayed at the Village at Breckenridge before, you're in for a treat. The location is "to die for" in the town of Breckenridge. Our condo is located within walking distance to the high speed Quick Silver lift at the base of Peak 9. The Breckenridge Ski school is in our complex, just steps accross the plaza. After a great day of adventure, when you're ready to kick back and relax, everything is right on-site: four hot tubs, sauna, steam room, heated pool, even an arcade and a great work-out facility. Everything you need is right there, either in our condo or onsite at the resort. 
 
When you walk into our condo you will feel welcome and warm. You’ll have plenty of space to spread out and relax with two full bedrooms, each with their own luxurious bathroom. Our Great Breck Condo will be your home away from home during your stay. The tastefully appointed rooms provide the feeling of being in a luxury mountain retreat. 
 
Within our condo, you'll enjoy the comfort and conveniences of home. There's a 42-inch LCD TV with DVD/VCR player in the living room, a 31-inch LCD TV and DVD player in the king bed master bedroom suite and a 15-inch TV and DVD player in the queen bed guest suite. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'll need to enjoy home cooking, should you opt to dine in. There's even a video library right in the condo. There are board games and books for your pleasure, too. There's room for everyone to relax in the great room. 
 
If you want to venture out and explore historic Main Street Breckenridge, all the fun is just a short stroll away. One block brings you to over 75 restaurants, 200 unique shops, 240 historic buildings, 18 art galleries/museums, and more. If you want to discover more of Breckenridge and Summit County, the Breckenridge FREE RIDE and free Summit Stage shuttle bus service will take you just about anywhere you want to go.

				High Season Price:	$725 per Day

Rates do not include sales taxes of 11.675%, $15 per night indoor parking during ski season and $118 cleaning fee (waived for stays of seven or more nights). A refundable security deposit of $500 is required at the time of booking. We will respond to your inquiry within 24 hours. Once rates and dates have been agreed to, we will email you a rental agreement and provide you with a number of payment options. We accept personal check, VISA, MasterCard and Discover. A $500 refundable security deposit and fifty percent (50%) of the total rent is required to confirm and hold the booking. The remaining fifty percent (50%) of the rental fees are due 45 days before your arrival. Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.
