Vacation Rental Description
Two story unit overlooking downtown and the slopes. First floor has an ensuite bedroom with queen bed and another bedroom with twin bed that uses a hall bathroom. Upstairs, is a master bedroom with bath and a king size bed. The loft area upstairs also has a queen size hideabed. The living area on the first floor has a queen size hideabed. Ten people can sleep comfortably. The unit is fully equipped with all the kitchen appliances you might need as well as a washer and dryer. There is a one car garage with plenty of room for ski equipment or bikes. We have parking space for one more car. We are located on the third and fourth floor but there is an elevator to the third floor. In the basement of the building, there is a fully equipped workout room as well as a steam sauna. Outside there is a large jacuzzi which will handle at least 14 people easily. All linens are provided as well as maid service when you leave.

The unit offers high speed internet access as well as HDTV in the living area.

In Breckenridge, we are located at the south end of the commercial district and just east of the Base Nine lifts. Once you arrive, most places can easily be reached by foot.

    There is a five night minimum. Half is due at time of booking with the rest due 30 days in advance. We accept check or credit cards (Visa, Master Charge, and American Express). A $400 damage deposit is also required at the time of the second payment. This needs to be in the form of a check. We mail you two sets of keys and all instructions after we receive the last payment and damage deposit. As soon as we get the keys back and know there have been no damages, we return the damage deposit. ONE NIGHT FREE WITH FIVE OR MORE PAID
