This Main Street Junction, luxury condominium was built in 2000 and is fully designer furnished. Enjoy the breathtaking views of Breckenridge Ski Area out of every window. Leave your car in the heated attached garage and walk to the lifts, shopping, dining, and all Breckenridge events. Or take a trolley ride to every part of this very unique Town in the Mountains.  
 
This condo has granite slab countertops in this award-winning kitchen and bathroom and comes equipped with a washer and dryer. The bedroom has a beautiful lodge feel. You also have a comfortable queen-size sleeper in the living room which is already made-up for you.  
 
There are two hot tubs on-site as well as membership to the Exclusive Pioneer Club. The PIONEER CLUB features a fully-equipped EXERCISE FACILITY, indoor/outdoor HEATED POOL with six additional HOT TUBS. Relax in the luxury private MOVIE THEATER the CLUB offers. They have DVD's available for rent or bring your own. The theater has an amazing surround sound system equipped with a projection system as you recline in your high back leather chair.  
 
This club (FREE FOR GUESTS) also has a Ski Valet so there is no need to carry your skis back to the Condo. They will store your skis and keep your boots warm overnight. They also have locker storage available during your stay. All of this included at no extra charge.     A deposit is required when Condo is booked. The remainder is required 30-45 days prior to your arrivial. Cancellation is 15 days prior to your arrivial date with a 20% booking fee which is not refundable. If the property is re-rented a full refund can be possible. Accepted payment method is by check or by wire. The minimun night stay is 3 (3) Nights. One night free if booked for a week or longer.
