Vacation Rental Description
The main floor includes the master suite which has it's own private balcony overlooking an aspen grove, a wrought iron gas stove, log bed with bear/cabin themed linens, jacuzzi tub for two, and glass block enclosed shower with large walk-in closet, vanity and double sinks.
There is a second bedroom with a bunk bed, full size at the bottom and twin size on top. The great room is divided into two areas with a large wood stove, dining room with seating for eight at the main table, seating for 4 at the second table and a breakfast bar for three. Full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, back deck with 7 person hot tub, front porch with carved bear bench, and an elegant Kokopelli themed half bath.

Basement includes wrought iron gas stove, wet bar, entertainment center with flat screen TV, Digital Cable box, DVD, iPod docking station and surround sound system, large selection of board games, foosball table, queen sleeper sofa, private moose themed bedroom, full bath, and laundry facilities.

The loft provides views of the Breckenridge Peaks, small library, futon, Twin size bed, PC with high speed internet access and WiFi, eagle themed bedroom, full bath, and balcony.

House is wired with a state of the art sounds system that can be heard throughout the house as well as out on the back deck, and is remote controlled.

Bed layout:
Loft bedroom: log queen size bed
Loft: full futon and twin size bed
Master suite: log king size bed
Main floor 2nd bedroom: bunk bed (full size and twin size bed)
Great room: two full size futons
Basement bedroom: queen size bed
Basement: queen sleeper sofa/bed

The Bear Cabin is available for weddings, reunions, and other occasions. Please ask for more information.

Due to unfortunate circumstances from past renters we currently do not accept furry friends.

The Bear Cabin is a "No Smoking Zone".
