Large ski in/out elegantly appointed penthouse condo has luxury finishes and the best views in Beaver Creek. Wood floors, granite countertops and a gas fireplace create the feeling of a home away from home. There are 2 Master Bedrooms and 1 Twin Bedroom, 3.5 bathrooms. The upstairs Master Bedroom has a very large bathroom with its own whirl pool tub, steam shower and walk in closet. The second, spacious Master Bedroom is on the main floor. It has a tub and shower and its own balcony. 3rd bedroom has twin beds and its own bath. There is another Loo on the main floor. 
 
The location is Borders Lodge which back onto Elkhorn Lift (#14) You may ski directly in and out of the back door and store your skis steps from the slopes. The building has a heated outdoor pool and hot tub. There is a work out room and wonderful front desk personnel to assist you. This condo is perfect for family living and cozy apres ski in front of the fireplace. 
 
Tired muscles are soothed in the swimming pool, hot tub or in the privacy of the jetted pool in the upstairs master bedroom. Ice Skating in the middle of The Village is a 5 minute walk.

    • My home is a well appointed condo, great for sitting in the sun while looking directly at the ski slopes and cooking at home. The Village is a 5 minute walk to the best restaurants in town or use the Village Bus which runs 24 hrs per day.

    $1000.00 deposit is required. It will be returned immediately if there is no damage. You are welcome to email past guests regarding this matter. I prefer payment my check or wire. Since this is my home when I am not working in Africa, I rent infrequently and therefore credit cards are costly. Cancellation permitted up to 45 days prior to occupancy for Christmas and March rentals. Otherwise, 30 days. The rent is $1000.00 per night with a discount for 7 day rentals.
