Vacation Rental Description
Our platinum level home has three bedrooms, three bathrooms and is located minutes from Beaver Creek in Singletree Subdivision in the growing town of Edwards. We are 10 miles west of Vail Ski resort. Whether you want to ski, hike, golf, snowshoe, or simple curl up with a good book in front of the fireplace, this townhouse has it all!! Property is located across the street from the first tee of the Sonnenalp Golf Course [rated on of Colorado's finest] and clubhouse complete with its own Five Star restaurant. 
 
You will enter our townhouse from either our heated garage or the front door. The main floor includes the living and dining room, kitchen, bedroom with a queen-size bed and bathroom with a shower. Floor in the first level are all hardwood floors and all bedrooms are carpeted with off white berber and the bathrooms other than the master have slate tile. Living area features include high cathedral ceiling, a gas burning fireplace with floor to ceiling stone, and huge windows overlooking Arrowhead mountain. There is a deck off the dining room as well as a patio with a gas grill outside the kitchen. Gorgeous new furniture throughout! Brand new TV with DVD player, stereo system with surround -sound and ability to hear musice outside on bot decks. Wireless internet 
 
Kitchen is state of the art with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and even a hot water tap for instant hot tea and hot chocolate. Fully stocked with brand new everything--dishes,pots and pans,silverware, wine glasses-you name it! 
 
Upstairs, you will two additional bedrooms... one with two twin beds, TV and full bathroom with bathtub and an awesome master bedroom and bath with a deck for enjoying a cup of coffee or galss of wine at the end of the day. 
The master bedroom has TV and the bathroom has Italian tile throughout, large tub overlooking the mountains and separate shower with glass door along with granite countertops. This is the bahroom you want at home!!!.
