Vacation Rental Description
This cozy place is located on the north side of Nottingham Lake in downtown Avon. There is a lovely walking trail around the lake , and restaurants within walking distance. I love to sit out on the patio in the summer and enjoy the birds, and the fresh mountain air. In the winter, curled up next to the fireplace and having a hot toddy and a good book. It is just a quick shuttle ride to the slopes of the world class ski resort of Beaver Creek, and about 10 miles from Vail ski resort, with shuttles just steps out the door, running to both places. Lots and lots of summer and winter activities close by. The property is in a small condominium complex that is quiet, and family oriented. The condo, 831 sq.ft. has been updated and continues to be updated all the time. It has lovely south facing windows which let the sunshine in, and a fully equipped kitchen with ceramic countertops, and a seperate dining area and also seats at the bar.
