This is a beautiful 2bdrm/2bath condo located at the bottom of Beaver 
Creek Resort in the town of Avon. The unit is just a short distance 
from the new Beaver Creek/Bachelor Gulch Chair lift and directly 
across the street from the FREE shuttle to Beaver Creek Resort. Cook 
dinner in the fully equipped kitchen or enjoy one of the fabulous 
local restaurants. At the end of the day curl up by the cozy 
fireplace and enjoy a glass of wine or hot chocolate.  
 
This unit will sleep up to 7 people. There is a king bed in the 
master, a bunk bed in the guest room with a double on the bottom and a twin on top, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. There is a large storage area on the balcony so all your outdoor equipment can be kept safe and dry.  
 
Shopping, theaters, restaurants and the Avon Recreation Center are all 
within 5 minutes of this residence. Being in the town of Avon, just 
10 minutes from Vail and 7 minutes from Edwards make this the perfect 
place to stay while on vacation.
