Paypal deposit required to hold the reservation and to use against damages that are not normal wear and tear. It is refundable after check-out inspection If cancellation occurs more than 60 days before arrival the deposit can be returned if the property is re-rented at the same or greater price. If cancellation occurs less than 60 days before arrival the deposit is forfieted, even if the property is re-rented. A check for one half of the rental fee is due 30 days before arrival. The remainder is due upon arrival. A 10% lodging tax applies for rentals under 30 days- to be paid by cash or separate check. Cleaning fee is $100 ($150 for pets). The maid charges $20 per hour and is paid by the tenant. For stays over 2 weeks, the management requires that the maid is used at least once at tenants expense. For stays of one month or longer, the maid will be booked at least once per week for a minimum of 5 hours at tenants expense.
