Two acres, beautifully landscaped with an abundance of flower gardens on the Roaring Fork River.  
 
Casa Camilla is a 4700 square-foot Aspen home with "soul." Sunny, contemporary in design with ceiling to floor windows, and heated hardwood floors, there are in addition to the house, 3 uniquely individual and separate private apartments.  
 
The decor is eclectic - encompassing 4 generations of family treasures from Europe and garnered through years of travel: Persian rugs, antique chandeliers and furniture, big and comfy down-stuffed chairs and couches, original oil paintings, 5 fireplaces, two jacuzzis, and very large wrap around decks over-looking the Roaring Fork River and Aspen Mountain. All has been recently remodeled.  
 
There are several hundred feet of river frontage, hosting an accessible island with special fishing holes and a sandy beach with fireplace and chairs. With a good book, you will never want to budge. Casa Camilla is 6 to 8 minutes from Aspen or Snowmass Village. The apartments and home are "turn key" with satellite TV's and high speed internet everywhere.  
 
The home has a library, greenhouse entrance, formal dining room, 30' living room with a grand piano and fireplace. The Master bedroom suite is on two levels with a jacuzzi, office, fireplace, ceiling to floor windows and a private deck.  
 
All apartments are privately entered suites of varying size with newly remodeled kitchens and baths. Each is decorated in its own individual style.

    Financial Policy: Short term: One week minimum, Paid in advance. Credit card imprint serves as damage and excessive cleaning security. Long term: First months rent to hold the apartment. Upon move in, the last month's rent and an equal amount for damage/cleaning deposit will be charged unless other arrangements have been made. Valid credit card required for damage/cleaning security or cash deposit equal to one months rent. Damage/cleaning deposit may not be applied to last months rent. Refunds: Monthly and summer rentals are payable in advance. Due to heavy demand, it is to your benefit to decide early in the winter preceding the summer. Long-term rentals require the first month to hold rental and last month and damage/cleaning deposit upon moving in, unless other arrangements have been made. No refunds, due to cancellation, can be given unless we are able to re-rent the premises for you.
