Vacation Rental Description
Our custom post and beam home is on 3 acres surrounded by thousands of national forest acres. It's very private yet close to Nederland (10 minutes) Blackhawk/Central City Casino's (20 minutes) Boulder (30 minutes) and Denver (45-60 minutes) Our home is fully equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. There's also an outdoor hot tub and 900 sqft. of deck so you can spend much of your time outside as well as inside. During the winter/spring seasons enjoy FREE SKIING/SNOWBOARDING at our local mountain, Eldora Ski Resort. It's a value of nearly $500 per day in free passes. There's a phone with unlimited long distance within the United States and Satellite TV and DVD Player for your enjoyment. Our property is very unique because it has the huge views but you can also hear South Boulder River running in the valley below which is really relaxing. There's great hiking and mountain biking trails right from the house so you don't have to drive anywhere and an oversized 2 car garage for your convenience. There's loads of year round activities nearby and we allow dogs and they love it there as well. We know you'll enjoy our home while your away from yours. If it's within 60 days there's no refund unless I can rebook the same dates at the same rate then it would be the 10% charge. $300 Damage Deposit, authorized only (not charged) Directions and lockbox code are given after booking is paid in full.
